Gary Gagain Jr.

As the owner and senior consultant of InDepth Safety Solutions, Gary brings a vast resume of experience in occupational health and safety, with a primary focus in safety program and training compliance. Previous to InDepth Safety Solutions, he was the Mechanized Raising (Alimak) expert for a leading mine development and engineering contractor, applying his leadership skills to oversee all safety training, permitting, auditing, methodology consultation, procedure/manual authoring, and commissioning.

Throughout his career in mining, Gary proudly focused on various roles in health, safety and training, achieving numerous provincial awards in safety innovation, and assisting many projects to accomplish the ever-desired zero-harm safety record.  He has participated on committees with industry safety specialists and the Ministry of Labour  to work together to solve safety related issues.

Gary has worked alongside a diverse workforce, both domestically and internationally, and has built a huge arsenal of mining and industrial knowledge based on his past experiences and achievements.  

And through it all he developed a passion for safety and training!
